Papper Prototypeing

  • The Big Idea: Describe your team's game topic. What is the most important concept you want your players to learn?
  • Just basically learn about the Egyptian  and about their gods and a few vocabulary words.
  • Making Decisions as a Team: How did your individual ideas from "Imagining Your Game" come together for your team game topic? How did your team decide the topic?
  • We each Just talked about a few ideas that we like and things we knew about and decided witch is best then started developing the game
  • Roles & Responsibilities: Tell us more about your team process. Please each talk about your specific roles, and how you work together.
  • Research: What kind of research went into the way you will express the game topic?
Just finding out about things for our game from text books and google online and offline asking the history teachers and every thing like that.
  • The User Experience: Explain the game play. What actions does the player take in the game? Has this changed since you first started planning your game? Why?
NO the way you move your character hasn't changed at all. The way you would move the character is with the arrow keys up to go forward and   down to duck right to go right and left to go left.
  • Mastering Flash: What Flash resources have been most helpful in your learning so far, and why? How did you locate these resources?
Well the flash we have been using the most is the cs.5 version and I found the paint bucket to be most help full. The way I have found out about the paint bucket is the cs.3 version when we were doing our mini game I needed to fill in the rabbit and I was just playing with it and I found and learned how to use the paint bucket.
  • Overcoming Challenges: What curriculum topic has been most difficult for you so far? How did you overcome this difficulty? Really the loading screen I actually had to get a friend to help me with it but I have finally completed it.

Not a Quiz Game

In Globaloria it is not all about asking questions in your games. Some of it is about how much fun you have to and the action in your game.

The way our game is not a quiz game is because we have really fun actions. For example on your way to beating the game you will have to doge falling objects like books clothes and furniture. In our game their will be tasks  that you will have to over come like maybe a door getting stuck and a octopus getting stuck to you.

Our game is not a quiz game because their are fun and exiting parts to it you wont be board about having to answer to many questions at once. Their will be challenging parts that you wont get on your first try and you'll have to keep trying and trying to get the hang of it. And that is it our game is not a quiz game.

Globaloria Know

How globaloria has been up to know .

Globaloria has been frustrating and difficult but  I am not ready to quit. Globaloria has been sort of fun though we have worked on mini games and I foung out that they are really hard. I still only have my first step uploaded but I am working on them.

Soon we will be working on a papper prototype. I wonder what that will be like.

Globaloria has been a ton of fun to like when the 8th grade comes in the is always this calm happy flow in the room.
Over all globaloria has been great and awsome.
